Vulnerable Victims and Witnesses; Revises standard for orders to protect certain testifying victims & witnesses; prohibits depositions of certain victims & witnesses in certain proceedings without showing of good cause; provides requirements for obtaining such deposition; revises factors to be considered by court in motion seeking to protect victim or witness; provides for appointment of guardian ad litem or other advocate for deponent in certain cases; authorizes court to request aid of interpreter; requires court to make specific findings of fact on record for orders & rulings.
