Marriages Between Persons of the Same Sex; Repealing provisions relating to marriages between persons of the same sex; removing a prohibition on the recognition of same-sex marriages entered into in any jurisdiction; removing a prohibition on the state and its agencies and subdivisions from giving effect to a public act, record, or judicial proceeding of any jurisdiction respecting a same-sex marriage or relationship or a claim arising from such marriage or relationship, etc.
