Fees/Professional Structural Engineer Licensing; Authorizing the Board of Professional Engineers to establish fees relating to professional structural engineer licensing; requiring applicants to pay a specified fee in order to be eligible to receive a professional structural engineer license, etc.
Effective Date: On the same date that SB 572 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
