Medical Marijuana Retail Facilities; Authorizes licensed medical marijuana retail facilities to dispense marijuana, marijuana delivery devices, & edibles; specifies prohibitions relating to ownership & operation of such facilities; imposes criminal penalties for specified unlicensed activities; authorizes such facilities to access confidential & exempt information in medical marijuana use registry for certain verification purposes.
