Everglades Protection Area; Prohibiting the Department of Environmental Protection from granting permits for the drilling of wells for oil or gas within the Everglades Protection Area; prohibiting the department from issuing permits for or constructing structures intended for the drilling for, or production of, oil, gas, or other petroleum products within the Everglades Protection Area, etc.
