Cardiovascular Emergency Protocols and Training; Requiring the Department of Health to send a list of certain providers of adult cardiovascular services to the medical directors of licensed emergency medical services providers by a specified date each year; requiring the department to develop a sample heart attack-triage assessment tool; requiring the medical director of each licensed emergency medical services provider to develop and implement certain protocols for heart attack patients; requiring certain 911 public safety telecommunicators to receive biennial telecommunicator cardiopulmonary resuscitation training, etc.
