Public Records; Authorizing certain persons to access information recorded in the Official Records of a county which is otherwise exempt from public records requirements, if specified conditions are met; authorizing clerks of the circuit court to enter into limited access licensing agreements to allow electronic access to official records for specified parties; prohibiting a county recorder or a clerk of the court from placing information subject to specified public records exemptions on a publicly available website; providing procedures for the restoration of previously redacted information, etc.
