GENERAL BILL by Local Administration and Veterans Affairs Subcommittee ; Regulatory Reform Subcommittee ; Maggard ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Maney ; Salzman

Building Permits; Prohibits certain persons or entities from making substantive changes to building plans after permit has been issued; provides exceptions; requires certain persons to provide certain information to certain persons or entities; provides that certain persons are subject to disciplinary action under certain circumstances; prohibits local government from prohibiting or restricting demolition permits for single-family residential structures located in certain areas; provides that local governments may only review demolition permits administratively for compliance with certain regulations; prohibits property owner from being penalized for demolition in compliance with demolition permit; prohibits local governments from imposing additional requirements on certain structures.
