Climate Resilience and Drinking Water Standards; Requires DEP to establish Blue Communities Program & Blue Communities Fund; establishes advisory board within DEP; provides for membership; establishes Ocean State Climate Adaptation & Resilience Grant Fund within DEP; specifies sources & uses of funding & project eligibility requirements; provides duties of DEP & Florida Oceans & Coastal Council; provides reporting requirements; requires DEP & council to jointly adopt rules; establishes Marine Resources Conservation Account within Marine Resources Conservation Trust Fund to be administered by FWCC; requires DEP, or local county health department designated by DEP, to monitor level of forever chemicals in certain water systems; provides monitoring standards.
