Restoration of Voting Rights; Requiring the Florida Commission on Offender Review to develop and maintain a database containing certain information for a certain purpose; requiring certain governmental entities to provide certain information to the commission monthly; requiring the Department of Management Services, acting through the Florida Digital Service, to provide certain technical assistance to the commission; requiring the commission to make the database available to the public on an Internet website by a certain date, etc.
