HB 505: Virtual Currency Kiosks
GENERAL BILL by Owen ; Daley ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Alvarez, D. ; Miller ; Tendrich
Virtual Currency Kiosks; Requires owner or operator of virtual currency kiosk to ensure that specified disclosure is displayed before customer initiates virtual currency kiosk transaction; prohibits owner or operator of virtual currency kiosk from permitting new & existing customers from transacting more than specified amount per calendar day; requires owner or operator of virtual currency kiosk to provide customer with specified electronic receipt upon completion of virtual currency transaction; requires owner or operator of virtual currency kiosk to issue full refund under certain circumstsances.
