GENERAL BILL by Martin

Registration of Trademarks; Removing provisions relating to the classification of goods and services for trademark purposes; requiring the Department of State to adopt a federal system of classification each year; requiring publication of the classification as part of the trademark registration application; requiring the department to establish and maintain a secure Internet website that allows submission of an online trademark registration application and renewal application, etc.
