Firefighter Cancer Benefits and Prevention; Revises conditions under which one-time payment of $25,000 must be made by former employer upon firefighter's cancer diagnosis; requires former employer to provide death benefits for specified period; removes requirement for Division of State Fire Marshal to adopt rules for establishing employer cancer prevention best practices.
