373.044  Rules and regulations; enforcement; availability of personnel rules.--In administering this chapter, the governing board of the district is authorized to make and adopt reasonable rules, regulations, and orders which are consistent with law; and such rules, regulations, and orders may be enforced by mandatory injunction or other appropriate action in the courts of the state. Rules relating to personnel matters shall be made available to the public and affected persons at no more than cost but need not be published in the Florida Administrative Code or the Florida Administrative Weekly.
