468.705  Rulemaking authority.--The department is authorized to adopt such rules not inconsistent with law as may be necessary to carry out the duties and authority conferred on the department by this part and as may be necessary to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public. Such rules shall include, but not be limited to, the allowable scope of practice regarding the use of equipment, procedures, and medication.
