¹369.311  Policy.--The Legislature reaffirms the policy of the state as set forth in this part, with regard to the protection of the Wekiva River System, including, but not limited to, its tributaries. The Little Wekiva River, as a major tributary of the Wekiva River, plays an important role with regard to the protection and water quality of the Wekiva River. Accordingly, it is appropriate to take timely and prudent actions to protect, preserve, and restore the water quality and environmental integrity of the Little Wekiva River.
