370.017 Secretary; responsibility to Board of Trustees of Internal Improvement Trust Fund.--In addition to his or her other duties, it is the responsibility of the secretary of the Department of Environmental Protection to advise and make recommendations to the Board of Trustees of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund on all matters pertaining to the natural resources of the state.
