¹239.113  Registration of adult students.--Each school district and community college shall maintain sufficient information for each student enrolled in workforce development education or lifelong learning courses to allow local and state administrators to locate such student upon the termination of instruction and to determine the appropriateness of student placement in specific instructional programs. The State Board for Career Education shall adopt, in rule, specific information that must be maintained and acceptable means of maintaining that information.
