¹1011.41  University appropriations.--Funds for the general operations of universities shall be requested and appropriated as Aid to Local Governments Grants and Aids, subject to provisions of the General Appropriations Act.

¹Note.--Section 523, ch. 2002-387, provides that "[c]ontingent upon ss. 1011.41 and 1011.4106, Florida Statutes, which transfer funding associated with student tuition and fees and other authorized fees for services to local accounts to be managed by university boards of trustees, becoming law, the total receipts of the state which are subject to the revenue limitations of Article VII, Section 1(e) of the Florida Constitution shall be reduced by the Revenue Estimation Conference to reflect this transfer."
