Health studios; consumer protection.
Health studios; consumer protection.
205.1969 Health studios; consumer protection.--No county or municipality shall issue or renew an occupational license for the operation of a health studio pursuant to ss. 501.012-501.019 or ballroom dance studio pursuant to s. 501.143, unless such business exhibits a current license, registration, or letter of exemption from the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
