Saving clauses.
1467.209 Saving clauses.--
(1) No judicial or administrative proceeding pending on October 1, 1992, shall be abated as a result of the reenactment of this chapter.
(2) Each licensee who was duly licensed on October 1, 1992, is entitled to hold such license. Henceforth, such license shall be renewed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
(3) Rules adopted by the 2Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services under the authority of this chapter prior to October 1, 1992, shall remain in effect and shall be administered by the department until the department adopts rules that supersede those rules. Such superseding rules and any other rules necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter as amended by this act shall be adopted by the department by July 31, 1993.
