348.565  Revenue bonds for specified projects.--The existing facilities that constitute the Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway System are hereby approved to be refinanced by the issuance of revenue bonds by the Division of Bond Finance of the State Board of Administration pursuant to ¹s. 11(e), Art. VII of the State Constitution. In addition, the following projects of the Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority are approved to be financed or refinanced by the issuance of revenue bonds pursuant to ¹s. 11(e), Art. VII of the State Constitution:

(1)  Brandon area feeder roads;

(2)  Capital improvements to the expressway system, including safety and operational improvements and toll collection equipment; and

(3)  Lee Roy Selmon Crosstown Expressway System widening.
