GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Criminal Justice
Sentencing; clarifies that Criminal Punishment Code does not apply to capital felonies; revises principles embodied by said code; requires that DOC report on sentencing trends & practices; provides that domestic violence in presence of child be included as multiplier on offense score of said code; requires that DOC consult with certain persons & entities & revise scoresheet as necessary; requires dept. to distribute copies of scoresheet, etc. Amends FS.
