SB 172: Motor Vehicle License Plates/Seizure
GENERAL BILL by Horne
Motor Vehicle License Plates/Seizure; repeals provision which requires recovery agents to notify law enforcement of tag seizure; expands pilot project that authorizes recovery agent or recovery agency to seize license plate of motor vehicle following suspension of vehicle's registration or suspension of driver's license of owner or operator of vehicle for failing to maintain personal injury protection, etc. Repeals 324.201(5); amends 324.202.
