GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Harris
Firearms-related Licenses; extends licensure period for certain licenses; extends licensure period for concealed weapons licenses; requires persons who conduct or instruct certain gun safety & licensure courses to maintain records; disqualifies persons convicted of DUI offense from obtaining concealed weapons license; provides for annual records check of licenseholders. Amends 493.6111,.6113, 790.06.
