Family Day Care Homes/Insurance; provides legislative intent & definitions; provides exclusion from liability coverage under residential property insurance policies for losses arising out of operation of family day care home; prohibits cancellation, refusal to renew, or denial of coverage for residential property insurance due to family day care operations; provides exceptions; provides applicability. Creates 627.70161.
