Sales Tax Exempt./Pollution Control; provides exemption for certain facilities, devices, fixtures, equipment, & machinery, & structures used for pollution prevention or control in manufacturing, processing, compounding, or producing for sale certain items of personal property; provides requirements for qualification; provides exemption for certain machinery, equipment, or materials purchased for use at privately owned & operated solid waste management facilities. Amends 212.051.
