GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Children, Families and Seniors ; Campbell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Forman
Forensic Client Services; specifies persons or entities that may file petition for proposed involuntary admission to residential services re forensic services; provides for petitions for defendants with autism; prohibits release from order for involuntary admission except by court order; amends & reorganizes Forensic Client Services Act; provides for client protection & security, etc. Amends 40.29, 393.11, Ch. 916; reenacts 394.467(7)(a).
