Escape from treatment program; penalty.
Escape from treatment program; penalty.
916.175 Escape from treatment program; penalty.--A client involuntarily committed to the department under the provisions of this chapter who escapes or attempts to escape from the department is guilty of a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
