Opticianry; updates definition of "department"; defines term "refracting optician" & revises definition of "opticianry," to conform; authorizes refracting opticians to prescribe corrective lenses under certain circumstances; grants Board of Opticianry authority to adopt rules re standard of practice for refracting opticians & minimum equipment required to perform their work, etc. Amends Ch. 484; reenacts 484.011,.013(1)(c).
