CS/SB 516: Murphy Act Lands
GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Hargrett
Murphy Act Lands; provides for conveyance of all Murphy Act transportation easements to govt. entity currently having title to adjacent roadway; requires establishment of procedure for review of deeds containing Murphy Act transportation reservations; sets requirements for review process; provides for compensation of certain property owners if reservation denies property owner current economic use of property, etc. Amends 253.82, 712.04,.05.
