GENERAL BILL by Ways and Means ; Ostalkiewicz

Corporate Income Tax; updates references to United States Internal Revenue Code for purposes of corporate income tax; provides legislative intent re taxation of "qualified subchapter S subsidiary"; requires certain returns; provides for retroactive effect. Amends 220.03,.02,.22.
