Body-piercing Salons; provides for regulation of body piercing by Health Dept.; provides exemptions; requires license to operate body-piercing salon & licensure for temporary establishment; prohibits body piercing of minor without consent of parent or legal guardian; prohibits other acts; provides penalties; provides for injunction & enforcement; provides rulemaking authority; provides specific requirements for such salons, etc. Creates 381.0075.
