Health Maintenance Organizations; requires health maintenance organization to reimburse providers of covered services for services provided to organization's members; provides guidelines for such reimbursement; provides penalties for noncompliance; provides for interest on overdue claims payments; provides exception for good faith disputes over legitimacy of claims or amount of reimbursement.
