GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Criminal Justice ; Campbell

Juvenile Justice; adds to list of offenses that will prohibit employment of person subject to Level 2 screening standards; requires Criminal Justice Information Program to retain criminal history records of minors who are committed to maximum-risk residential program; provides for minimum-risk nonresidential programs to be used for aftercare placement of juveniles; provides for fingerprint records & photographs of juveniles to be submitted to FDLE, etc. Amends FS.
