Skateboarding & Inline Skating; provides legislative purpose; provides limitations on liability of governmental entities & public employees re persons who participate in skateboarding, inline skating, or freestyle bicycle riding on property owned or leased by governmental entity; provides for liability of independent concessionaires or other persons or organizations for certain injuries or damages; provides for effect of certain insurance, etc. Creates 316.0085.
