Law Enforcement/Correctional Officer; provides exception to requirement of informing officer under investigation of name of all complainants; provides that nothing in section shall limit right of law enforcement or correctional agency to discipline or pursue criminal charges against an officer; revises provisions re receipt & processing of complaints to provide for certain recorded statements; provides for agency head to act in capacity of complainant, etc. Amends 112.532,.533,.534.
