GENERAL BILL by Health Care Licensing & Regulation ; Fasano
Athletic Trainers; revises & removes definitions; replaces Council of Athletic Training with Board of Athletic Training; provides for appointment of board members & their successors; amends provisions re rulemaking authority, licensure by examination, fees, continuing education, disciplinary actions, & certain regulatory transition; authorizes consideration of former council members for appointment to board, etc. Amends Ch. 468, 20.43, 232.435, 455.607,.667.
