GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Children and Families ; Diaz-Balart

Child Support Enforcement; requires additional information on children of marriage & parties to dissolution of marriage; requires deposit into General Revenue Fund of funds retained by state to reimburse public assistance payments made to or for benefit of dependent children; provides expedited procedure for redirecting child support payments to relative caretaker under certain circumstances, etc. Amends Chs. 61, 409, 741.04. APPROPRIATION: $288,994.
