GENERAL BILL by Forman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Kirkpatrick ; Myers

Human Rights; redesignates Statewide Human Rights Advocacy Committee as Statewide Human Rights Advocacy Council; revises membership of statewide council; redesignates district human rights advocacy committees as local human rights councils; provides for additional local councils to be established; provides for local councils to monitor activities of, & investigate complaints against, CFS Dept., etc. Amends Chs. 39, 393, 394, 400, 402, 415.
