Sexual Predators/Name Change; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1400,1224) requires sexual predator to report in person to driver's license office within specified period after predator's name is changed by reason of marriage or other legal process; requires that HSMV forward such information to FDLE & DOC; provides penalty. Amends 775.21.
