GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Holzendorf
Insurance; authorizes DOI to directly purchase annuities through structured settlement insurance services consultant; authorizes DOI to adopt certain valuation of life insurance policies model regulation; increases maximum service charge for financing insurance premiums; revises applicability of premium finance rate of interest; creates study commission on availability of health care coverage for employee leasing industry, etc. Amends Chs. 284, 625, 626, 627.
