GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Transportation ; Webster

Transportation Department; provides for change in administrative duties re DOT; provides for issuance of bonds by Bond Finance Div.; expands use of certain seaport funds; removes requirement for joint submission of applications for airport site approval & for airport license; provides prevailing principles for planning & developing transportation systems; provides certain amendments to this act are not applicable under certain circumstances, etc. Amends FS.
