Florida Statutes; repeals or deletes various statutory provisions that have become obsolete, have had their effect, have served their purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded; deletes obsolete provisions re applying for certification as certified capital company & for allocation of premium tax credits for potential investors; updates obsolete cross-reference re administrative penalties & fines, etc. Amends & Repeals various FS.
