GENERAL BILL by Education Innovation ; Bainter ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Melvin

Juvenile Justice Education Programs; provides for district school systems to provide instructional personnel at certain juvenile justice programs; prescribes duties of Juvenile Justice Dept. & DOE re providing educational instruction to certain delinquent youths; provides that certain full-time teachers are eligible for critical teacher shortage tuition reimbursement prog.; requires both depts. to develop plan for vocational education in juvenile justice facilities, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $200,000.
