Regulation of Professions/DBPR; provides for disqualification from applying for & denial of deputy pilot certification for being found guilty of, or having pled guilty or nolo contendere to, certain crimes; revises & provides factors to consider in determination of rates of pilotage; revises provisions re translation of examinations; creates Management Privatization Act, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $500,000.
