GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Saunders

Health Care; provides for periodic increase in optional state supplementation rate; increases maximum amount that may be paid under Medicaid for hospital outpatient services; creates disproportionate share program for licensed specialty children's hospitals; designates Fla. Alzheimer's Disease Day; clarifies Attorney General's power to subpoena medical records re Medicaid recipients, etc. Amends Chs. 394, 395, 400, 409, 430, 455.
