SB 1088: Traffic Citations/Aggressive Driving

GENERAL BILL by Villalobos

Traffic Citations/Aggressive Driving; requires that HSMV revise uniform traffic citation; requires law enforcement officer to indicate on citation if traffic violation or traffic accident was caused by aggressive driving; defines term "aggressive driving" for purposes of act; requires department to report to Legislature on number of recorded incidents of aggressive driving in state during specified period.
