SB 1146: Robbery

GENERAL BILL by Constantine

Robbery; provides that certain enhanced penalties apply to offense of robbery if, in course of committing robbery, offender used firearm, deadly weapon, or other weapon; provides that robbery is second-degree felony if firearm, deadly weapon, or other weapon is not used in course of committing robbery. Amends 812.13.
