Sales & Use Tax Administration; creates "Simplified Sales & Use Tax Administration Act"; authorizes state to enter into multistate discussions to review and/or amend Streamlined Sales & Use Tax Agreement; provides for appointment of delegates; directs DOR to enter into agreement & act jointly with other states to establish certain standards; specifies relationship of agreement to state law; provides requirements for agreement, etc.
